nForma helps St Mary’s go paperless, save time and stay organised. It allows us to manage digital forms, permission notes and important student information efficiently and securely.
St Mary’s uses nForma for students’ medical information, permission forms for excursions and camps, and other school permissions. Parents can also use nForma to notify the school of student absences and complete required forms online.
Download the Operoo app in the App Store or Google Play, or visit via a computer/web browser.
Student Absences
Student absences are to be communicated on the day/s via nForma. Notifications are required for every day a child is absent unless a start and end date is provided. It is a Government requirement that if your child is absent on a day that notification is given to the school by 9:30am. If no notification is given you will receive a text from the office to ascertain the reason for your child’s absence.
To complete the absentee form on nForma login to nForma & select “Absent” tab.
Other school forms
Other school forms are accessed through the Form library on nForma, you will be notified when new forms are available for you to fill in via email or an Operoo notification.
