StaffWho We Are
Come and meet the staff at St Mary’s!
Hi, I’m Julie McDougall. I am the Principal here at St Mary’s. I have been Principal of St Mary’s for seven years and love my job. I live a little way away, it takes me about 50 minutes to drive to and from work. But although I spend a bit of time in my car I love working within the community of St Mary’s and wouldn’t have it any other way. I have been a teacher for more than 25 years and have worked in many other school settings, from a large metro school with over 750 students to a small inner city school with 104 students. I live at home with my husband Nicholas, two children Charlie and Matilda and our three dogs, Saige, Stella and Frankie. I love travelling, especially during a cold Lancefield winter to somewhere hot! When I’m not at school I love to spend my time at different sporting events my children play, including netball, football and basketball. I’m looking forward to another exciting year ahead at St Mary’s working alongside our students and families.
– Julie McDougall
