Operoo
Operoo helps St Mary’s go paperless, save time and be prepared for emergencies. It automates forms and medical records. It is used for excursion permissions, to automate parent and staff forms and to keep medical data up to date.
St Mary’s uses Operoo for students’ medical records, permission forms for excursions, camps and other permissions, and for parents to notify the school of student absences.
Download the Operoo app in the App Store or Google Play, or visit via a computer/web browser.
Student Absences
Student absences are to be communicated on the day/s via Operoo. Notifications are required for every day a child is absent unless a start and end date is provided. It is a Government requirement that if your child is absent on a day that notification is given to the school by 9:30am. If no notification is given you will receive a text from the office to ascertain the reason for your child’s absence.
To complete the absentee form on Operoo login to Operoo & select “Form Library” tab.
Other school forms
Other school forms are accessed through the Form library on Operoo, you will be notified when new forms are available for you to fill in via email or an Operoo notification.
